Design for Family Living

Simone Mathews envisioned a space that would evolve with her growing family—four boys aged 11 to 19—while embodying the signature SOUL Home aesthetic. The design merges classic, organic, and coastal elements, featuring natural materials and heritage-inspired finishes to create an airy, timeless ambience. 

Inside, a calming palette of soft neutrals pairs with warm timber floors, crisp white walls, and pitched ceilings with exposed beams. A striking Taj Mahal natural stone benchtop anchors the kitchen, a central hub for shared meals and everyday celebrations. The outdoor balcony extends the living space, offering a perfect setting for sunset views and lively gatherings, complete with concealed artistic touches for entertainment. 

Brass Accents with Bahamian Elegance 

Iver’s Signature Brass finishes elevate the design, bringing a refined Bahamian-inspired charm to the home. The Brunswick and Helsinki collections introduce an organic, sophisticated feel throughout the interiors, ensuring every detail complements the coastal aesthetic. 

From the Brunswick Pull Handle to the Helsinki T Cabinet Pulls, the hardware adds depth and character. Functional elements, like the Rectangular Sliding Door Pull Passage Kit, were chosen to enhance the home’s cohesive design. With Iver’s hardware, every space is thoughtfully tied together, blending beauty with practicality.
