The Euro Mortice Deadbolt with 70mm backset is a security lock designed for residential entryways, offering a single heavy-duty stainless steel locking bolt without the need for a full body mortice.
The 70mm backset is the key spec here: it’s specifically suited to larger levers and knobs, where a standard backset can crowd the hardware or leave insufficient clearance around the Euro Cylinder.
It’s available across ten finishes, from Polished Brass and Polished Chrome through to Matt Black, Distressed Nickel, Brushed Gold PVD and Signature Brass, so it can be matched to any Iver lever collection. It’s offered as a standalone deadbolt or as a kit with a cylinder and escutcheon, in round or square profiles with Key/Key or Key/Thumb function, plus a drill template and installation guide.
Best suited to: high-security front entry doors and secondary entrances where a larger lever or knob is specified and standard-backset hardware won’t sit comfortably.
Explore the CollectionThe Pencil Door Stop Magnetic replaces the bulk of a traditional door stop with a concealed-fix keeper and pencil magnet, engineered to work as a pair and hold a door open securely.
At 75mm projection, it sits low and close to the door, reducing the trip hazard that comes with floor stops in high-traffic hallways and living spaces. It’s made from solid brass and can be installed on either the door or the wall depending on the layout, which gives specifiers and installers flexibility where floor space or skirting details are tight.
It’s available in five finishes: Brushed Gold PVD, Matt Black, Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel and Signature Brass. The Brushed Gold PVD and Polished Chrome options are durable finishes and covered by the lifetime warranty, making them a strong choice where a lever or handle finish needs to be matched right through to the smallest fitting.
Best suited to: contemporary interiors where a low-profile, minimal door stop is preferred over a floor-mounted or hinge-pin alternative, in both residential and commercial settings.

Not every internal door needs a full latch. The Tube Latch Roller gives doors with pull handles a gentle hold-close, with no lever or knob needed. A spring-loaded roller engages the striker to keep the door shut, and an adjusting screw lets you fine-tune how firmly it holds.
For external doors, the Tube Roller Latch allows greater flexibility in placement and a simpler installation, without morticing out for a full lock body.
A spring-loaded roller engages smoothly with the striker, so the door can be pushed or pulled open. That makes it well suited to closets, hallway doors, pantry and utility room doors, anywhere a door needs to stay closed without being mechanically latched shut. The included face plate and striker are designed for straightforward installation and reliable alignment, which keeps it a practical option for both new builds and residential renovations.
Best suited to: closets, walk-in robes, hallway and utility doors where a knob of lever isn’t desired.
Explore the CollectionDesigned to pair with the Tube Roller Latch, the Extended Striker gives installers a longer striker plate for door frames where the standard length doesn’t leave enough surface for the roller to engage with.
Best suited to: door frames where the standard striker plate isn’t long enough for the roller to engage with, causing it to catch on the door frame instead of the striker.

Each of these four products solves a real, specific problem: bolt clearance behind a larger lever, a trip hazard in a hallway, a latch that’s too heavy for a closet door, or a striker that won’t sit flush in an older frame. Specifying the right accessory alongside your lever set means the door works properly from day one, and finishes to the same standard as the hardware around it.
What is a backset?
A backset is the horizontal distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole, cylinder or spindle. It determines how far the lock or latch mechanism sits into the door, and it needs to match across your lever, latch and deadbolt for everything to line up and function correctly.
What backset should I choose for a deadbolt with a larger lever or knob?
A 70mm backset is generally recommended when pairing with larger levers or knobs, as it improves clearance and handling compared with a standard backset.
Is the Magnetic Pencil Door Stop suitable for commercial projects?
Yes. It’s built from solid brass and in the Brushed Gold PVD and Polished Chrome finishes, rated for both residential and commercial environments with a lifetime guarantee against corrosion.
When should I use a roller latch instead of a standard sprung latch?
Use a roller latch on doors with pull handles, that need to stay closed without a full latching mechanism, such as closets, pantries and utility doors, where a gentle push-to-open, push-to-close action is preferred.
What does an extended striker do?
It provides additional reach and improved alignment for a tube roller latch, correcting for door frames that sit deeper than standard.
Where can I see the full range of Iver accessories?
The complete accessories range, including latches, locks, cylinders and door stops, is available on the Iver website alongside the full collection price list.
