The Pause
Situated in Gerringong, NSW, The Pause is a sanctuary of relaxation, merging Australian coastal aesthetics with Bahamian and Singaporean influences. As its name suggests, this five-bedroom retreat celebrates the art of slowing down.
The home features an open-plan layout, where natural light and sea breezes enhance the living spaces. Balmoral fibre cement weatherboards provide both durability and a timeless façade, while tropical landscaping and soft textures create an inviting atmosphere.
Iver’s Baltimore Lever in Signature Brass is the perfect complement to the home’s coastal-inspired theme. Its slimline design blends effortlessly into the space, ensuring that style and functionality work in harmony, while the warm brass finish adds a subtle yet striking accent, echoing the soft, natural tones found throughout the home.
Once an underutilised studio, The Shack has been transformed into a vibrant and welcoming retreat. As Simone Mathews’ personal studio, it embodies her 70/20/10 styling rule—70% organic, 20% rustic, and 10% Mediterranean.
Every element, from the rattan cupboards to the curved motifs, is carefully curated to create an inviting atmosphere that feels like a perpetual holiday. A predominantly white palette, accented by neutral and natural textures, keeps the space both calming and dynamic, while layered materials add warmth and depth.
The Baltimore Lever in Signature Brass provides a striking contrast, standing out against the light tones while seamlessly integrating into the space’s relaxed yet refined aesthetic.
Located in Berry, NSW, The Maple is part of the Linnaeus Collection, a curated selection of holiday accommodations designed to feel like boutique hotel stays.
A monochrome palette enriched with organic materials sets the tone, while dark timber joinery adds depth and sophistication. The Helsinki Cabinet Pulls in Signature Brass enhance the kitchen cabinetry and fridge, creating a seamless, polished look.
Statement hardware choices define the home’s character. The Berlin Pull Handle in Signature Brass on the teak sliding door, reinforces the blend of contemporary and classic elements, while the Annecy Lever on Stepped Backplate provides a striking, keyless entry for the custom teak front door.
