The C\u00f4te D\u2019Azur marble which\u00a0<\/span>comprises<\/span> the kitchen worktops, splashback and hood exterior is a stormy blend of<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>blacks and greys, with flashes of amber, on a white backdrop.\u00a0<\/span>In order to<\/span>\u00a0amplify the theatre of this finish, supporting accents which lift out select tones in the marble need to come into play. The house\u2019s interior\u00a0largely features\u00a0soothing, pale tones, but these pops of colour and drama lift it into a realm of fun as well as calm, befitting the young family who call it home. \u201cOur client loves colour,\u201d say Bloom Interior Design. \u201cWe went with deep blues and greens in the formal sitting room and study, complemented by C\u00f4te D\u2019Azur and green marble. The kitchen, pantry and laundry feature softer tones and terrazzo.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
